BIOS Settings(bios設置)

Most modern motherboards and BIOS support temperature monitoring and control
for the motherboard and its components. The name for this varies depending on
manufacturer, but often it is called PC health or temperature monitoring.
For motherboards that support overclocking, you can configure the settings
in the BIOS to increase or decrease your processing capability, and thereby
prevent additional heat from being generated. The CPU has a sensor that monitors
its temperature, and the BIOS can increase or decrease the fan speed to control
the temperature of the CPU. Remember, though, by reducing the power consumption
(and therefore heat), you are also simultaneously reducing the performance of
the CPU.
